1.	On the base of consolidation and development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine centres overseas, cooperation partners alliance in different countries, content to establish 3-5 Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals, 30-50 Traditional Chinese Medicine centers, 30-50 remedy and medicine chain store within next ten years. 2.	Creating 3-5 training centers in different level within ten years.
3.	Holding 2-3 scientific seminars in high level each year, and built the Traditional Medicine cooperation network in this country and abroad.
4.	Joint venture with enterprises (medical factories and hospitals), Exploit, propagandize, extend, investment and trade for high-class products.
